con SUPERMARKET__---------nakumatt prestige

      This is worrying trend indeed.;On Friday,28 DEC,  I rushed into NAKUMATT PRESTIGE along NGONG road to purchase both food and non food items...First I DECIDED to leave my luggage behind since in most of these supermarket they don't allow costumers to get inside the supermarket with their bags.I went through security check, picked shopping cart and headed to various spots inside the supermarket where commodities are located. I started with the bulk part of my shopping i.e sugar,coking oil,bread etc and later resorted to non food commodities i.e bar soap,bathing soap,facial wash etc. I picked COMMODITY X and later picked abox of dettol soap,bar soap etc.To my amazement the price sticker which indicated the actual price of COMMODITY X was false sticker meant to con costumers.I was still not privy to this information..................I took all my shopping to the counter to pay and leave the supermarket..........The cashier  did her thing and I left for my home......on reaching the house I rested for half an hour and something just flashed my mind<<<<<,,TO GO THROUGH THE RECEIPT>>>>>>>>I went through it and to my surprise the actual Price of  COMMODITY X   ....was ksh.200 more than the amount which was indicated on the sticker glued on the shelves. I tell you I was in aghast and said to my self never to shop at any NAKUMATT OUTLET AGAIN  ....... If this the trend they are using to make profit,let them prepare themselves for arude shock.I know someone might consider my blog rather too peculiar but this is the stiff naked truth,the actual situation on the ground................>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>  Some week back in same supermarket I vehemently   opposed the idea of giving sweets in form of balance/change. I saw it as a deliberate attempt to cajole me leave my hard earned coins behind. I blatantly refused  to take the few sweets I was given and worriedly waited for my coins.......I know there are few KENYANS who have experienced the same ordeal and are not ready to come out clearly and let their voices be heard . Today I have decided to open, acan of worms .........SHARE
